Delete your account

This page is for the EFDMS Lottery app, published by Binary Quest Ltd. You can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@binaryquest.com.
2. Use the subject line Delete my EFDMS Lottery account.
3. Include the mobile number or email address you used to sign in, and your name as shown in the app.
4. We will confirm the request and delete the account after we verify it belongs to you.

You can also open this page from the app: Settings, then Delete account.

Data we delete

Within 30 days of a verified request we delete:

• Your sign-in account (phone, email, or Facebook)
• Name, mobile number, email address, and address
• Profile photo
• Notification token stored for your account

Data we may keep

Lottery coupon and draw records may be kept without your name, phone number, or email where we need them to administer a draw or meet a legal obligation. We do not use retained records to contact you.
